These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website and services provided by Pretty's Backyard Scoop Co. ("Pretty's," "we," "us," or "our"). By requesting a quote, booking service, or otherwise using our website, you agree to these Terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use our services. Agreeing to these Terms does not constitute consent to receive text messages. SMS consent is collected separately and optionally on our quote form, and you can use our services without opting in to any text messages.
Pretty's provides residential dog waste removal and yard cleanup services in select DFW communities. Pricing is based on the number of dogs, property size, and selected service frequency, and is shown to you before you complete a booking.
Most services are billed on a recurring basis according to the frequency you select (weekly, bi-weekly, etc.). By completing a booking, you authorize Pretty's to automatically charge your saved payment method on a recurring basis at the rate shown at checkout, until you cancel. Payments are processed securely through Stripe; we do not store your full card details.
You may cancel or modify recurring service at any time by contacting us by phone or email. Cancellation takes effect for the next billing cycle; we do not refund service periods already completed. If our crew cannot access your yard on a scheduled day (e.g., locked gate, undisclosed aggressive animals), we may reschedule or charge a missed-visit fee at our discretion.
Program description. If you opt in on our quote request form, Pretty's Backyard Scoop Co. sends text messages related to your service. There are two separate, optional consents: (1) account and service messages (quote details, appointment scheduling, service reminders, and billing notices); and (2) optional promotional messages (special offers, seasonal promotions, and review requests). Both consents are optional and neither is a condition of purchase; you can decline messaging entirely and still use our services.
Message frequency & rates. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply, depending on your mobile carrier and plan.
How to opt out. You can cancel SMS messages at any time by texting STOP to the number you receive messages from. After you send STOP, we will send a final confirmation message and will not send any further messages unless you opt in again. For help, text HELP, or contact us using the details below.
Carrier liability disclaimer. Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message and data rates may apply for any messages sent to you from us and to us from you.

You are responsible for ensuring our crew has safe access to the service areas of your property and for disclosing any hazards (including pets that may pose a safety risk) prior to service.
Pretty's performs services with reasonable care but is not liable for incidental damage to lawns, landscaping, or property features occurring in the ordinary course of waste removal, except where caused by our negligence.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
